Each team prepares in advance to determine how many students they can effectively mentor — ensuring that you receive real attention and responsibility.

Internship Scholarship Policy
As Soft Square Group consists of multiple companies, each may have its own scholarship policy. In general, we offer:

Fixed Rate – Equal payment to all interns at the end of the internship

Performance-Based – Amount depends on your mentor’s evaluation (graded)
Scholarships are disbursed after the internship ends.
